Pelsall Carnival 2019
Saturday 6th July
A Glimpse of the main Showground
Participants included the Fire Service, the Jaguar Owners Club, the Scooter Club, Army Cadets, and the Dog Show, despite the heavy rain fall.
Arena displays included Aldridge Musical Comedy Society, LA Zumba, Elite All Stars Infinity, Cheer Squad, Dance City of Aldridge, Dako Flying Angels - Gymnastics, Aldridge Fire Cadets, Street Dance Troupe, Satori Free Style Martial Arts, The Cheer Angels, Army Cadet Force Drill Display, Carnival Royalty Presentations, Black Star Ambassadors - Marching Band, BFAB Street Dance, CHB School of Performing Arts and Thespian Arts Musical Performance.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the marching band who were to lead the carnival procession were unable to attend, hence a last minute appeal was launched to take their place.
Very fortunately and very kindly
Mike Owen's Scarlette's Serenaders & Scarlette's New Orleans Parade Band
stepped in last minute to lead the parade
As usual a tremendous amount of time and effort went into creating our fantastic carnival parade floats, which can be seen below

The final float in the procession was created by Rushall Primary School which promoted the message of save our planet and oceans
Despite the heavy rain earlier on in the day, the rain held off just long enough to enable the carnival procession to parade around the village
